Privacy policy

How account information and saved scenes are handled.

Last updated: 2026-10-23

This privacy policy applies to Topview T1, the independent scene-planning workspace at topview-t1.org. Topview T1 uses Google Sign-In only to identify you and protect your private workspace. It is not affiliated with Google or the Topview model publisher.

Information you provide

Google is the only sign-in provider. When you sign in, the service receives your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password. Saved scene drafts contain the title, prompt, frame, style and any reference-image address you choose to attach. Support requests contain the messages and attachments you send.

Google account access and storage

Topview T1 requests only the openid, email and profile permissions. We receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile image through Google's sign-in service. Our authentication system may store OAuth tokens and their expiration information with your account connection. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, calendars or other Google account content.

Your Google account identifier links you to the correct account. Your email and verification status help secure sign-in and handle account support. Your name and profile image identify your account inside the workspace. These records, account connections and login sessions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database. They are accessible to you and authorized administrators as needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Account information is used to sign you in, protect access to your workspace and respond to support requests. Drafts are stored so you can reopen them across sessions. They are associated with your account and are not listed in other users' libraries.

Google user data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train AI models. We do not transfer Google profile information or authentication tokens to a video-generation provider. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. If our use of Google data changes, we will update this policy and request any additional permission before using that data for a new purpose.

Reference files and generation

Only upload files that you have permission to use. Uploaded images are processed by the storage service connected to this workspace. A saved draft is a scene plan; saving it does not submit it to a video-generation model. Video generation is currently unavailable.

Cookies and security

The service uses authentication cookies and browser storage for session management, language preferences and workspace settings. Administrative access is restricted by account permissions. Do not upload sensitive personal material that is unnecessary for your scene.

Hosting and analytics

Cloudflare Workers hosts the service, D1 stores account and workspace records, and R2 stores media files. Public example images and videos are delivered from our asset subdomain. Uploaded files with a public link can be viewed by anyone who has that link.

Google Analytics measures visits and product interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us understand navigation and improve usability. Page text is masked in Clarity, and we do not intentionally send scene prompts, email addresses or account identifiers as analytics event properties. Browser information, page addresses and interaction events may be processed by these providers. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Browser privacy controls and tracking blockers can limit analytics collection.

Sharing and retention

Cloudflare processes records and media as our hosting and storage provider. Google processes authentication requests. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process the analytics information described above; our analytics event properties do not include Google profile information or scene prompts. Authorized administrators may access records to investigate a support request, maintain the service or address abuse. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. The service does not publicly list your Google account details or private drafts.

Account and draft records are retained while you use the workspace or until you request their deletion. Authentication sessions expire according to the service's session settings. Information needed to address fraud, security incidents or legal obligations may be retained where required. Hosting backups can retain earlier records until their normal expiration. Uploaded files are separate objects and are not automatically deleted when a draft is removed.

Managing your information

You can edit your profile and delete individual scene drafts in your workspace. Deleting a draft removes its saved scene record; it does not automatically remove a separately uploaded file. For account, Google connection or uploaded-file deletion requests, open a support ticket in your account or email topview-t1-support@googlegroups.com. We verify account ownership before processing these requests. You can also revoke Topview T1 access in your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access prevents further authorized Google access but does not automatically delete records already stored in this workspace.

Contact and updates

Questions about your information can be sent to topview-t1-support@googlegroups.com or through support. This page will be updated when the service's data handling changes.
