Payments and refunds

Saving scene drafts currently carries no charge. Paid video generation and subscriptions for this service are not available yet.

Before a future purchase

When paid features become available, the checkout must display the product, price, billing frequency, credit validity and cancellation terms before you confirm. Review those details before paying. The service will publish the applicable refund conditions with those offers.

Billing questions

If an unexpected charge appears, use account support and include the order reference, date and a description of the issue. Do not include full payment-card numbers or passwords. Account payment records, when present, are available in payment history.

Existing records

Removing a draft does not cancel a subscription or reverse a payment. Use the account billing controls for any subscription recorded on your account, or contact support if the status is unclear.
