These terms cover the scene-planning workspace at topview-t1.org. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and respect the rights of others.

Your account

Keep your account details accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Use the support area if you suspect unauthorized access.

Available features

You can write scene prompts, save drafts, organize your library and manage your account. Video generation is not yet available. The reference clips shown on the homepage illustrate visual directions; they are not evidence of this service's model performance or a promise of a particular result.

Content and permissions

Keep ownership of the original material you submit. You permit the service to store and process it as necessary to provide the features you use. Upload only material you own or have permission to use, including appropriate consent from people shown in reference images. Do not submit unlawful material or attempt to bypass access controls.

Results and rights

A saved prompt is not a generated video. Before publishing or selling any future generated material, review the applicable model terms and the rights in your source material. The service does not grant rights to third-party music, trademarks, footage or likenesses.

Prices and changes

Saving drafts currently carries no charge. No paid generation plan is offered at this stage. Any future purchase must show the price and relevant terms before payment. Features may change as the service develops.

Support

For account, content or access questions, open a support ticket. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account through the same channel.
